Heather Fletcher

Fletcher is a former defensive specialist/libero entering her third year with Prime Time, coaching for both the high school and junior high programs. Heather is an assistant coach for Parkland College Volleyball, who finished their 2018 season as the National Runner-Up. She is a former Prime Time Volleyball Club athlete of three years, one of which was coached by Parkland Head Coach Cliff Hastings. Heather facilitates youth skills camps through the Champaign Park District and Parkland College.

Fletcher was the libero for Kankakee Community College from 2009-2011. She served as team captain and was awarded Academic All-American in her sophomore season. Heather then played libero for Illinois State University’s club volleyball team from 2011-2013 while earning her bachelor’s degree in History. She continued her education at Western Illinois University, earning her master’s degree in College Student Personnel in 2015. Outside of coaching, Heather is an Academic Advisor for the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois.
