Carli is entering her third season with Prime Time, having coached 15 Orange and 14 Blue in the previous two. Each of those teams experienced great growth last season, both in terms of tournament wins and individual growth, capped off by top half finishes at the AAU Junior National Championships.
As a player, Carli has experience as a Setter, Right Side, and Defensive Specialist. She played club Volleyball for Illini Elite and Prime Time, which has helped her transition into coaching for the club, as she had a strong knowledge base of the skills and lessons that Prime Time teaches. She also was a four year Varsity starter for Fisher High School, where she won First Team All-Conference and MVP her Junior and Senior years. Following her time at Fisher, Carli was a two sport athlete at the University of Wisconsin – Stout, where she participated on the Women’s Volleyball and Track and Field Team. She currently holds 2 collegiate school records for Long Jump and was a repeated recipient for the NCAA All-Academic Team.
Carli graduated in 2017 from the University of Wisconsin - Stout with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Middle Childhood Education. She currently teaches Kindergarten at Bottenfield Elementary in Champaign. Carli continues to play competitively both indoors and outdoors.
