Mike Lanoue

Coach Lanoue brings 23 years of Coaching experience to Prime Time. In 2018, Lanoue coached PT 17s Blue. He has coached a variety of levels ranging from USAV 10-18U, High School, Middle School, Junior College Head Coach (Kankakee Community College) and Men's College Club (Olivet Nazarene University). Currently, he is an assistant coach for Mahomet-Seymour HS and will be the 7th Grade Coach at Mahomet-Seymour Junior HS.

Coach Lanoue holds a Regional Certification in USAV for Officiating. This summer (2019), he will be training to upgrade to the Junior National Level. Lanoue is a member of PAVO (Professional Association of Volleyball Officials and currently works during the HS and MS Seasons representing the IHSA and IESA. 

As a player, Lanoue started playing the game at age 18 and has participated on several USAV Teams. In 2007, Lanoue's team (Chicago Coast) earned a Silver Medal at the USAV Championships in Austin, TX (72 teams entered in their division). In 2009, Coast went 10-0 to win the Gold (also, 72 teams entered) in Minneapolis, MN . In 2012,  repeated it's Minnesota run with another Gold Medal. 

Coach Lanoue resides in Mahomet with his wife; Mary and 2 Step-Daughters; Michelle and Lauren.
