Cliff is the Director of Prime Time Volleyball Club and oversees aspects of all the age groups. Specifically, Cliff master-coaches the 12U program and coaches the 12 Pandas each year. He also works closely with the assistant directors (Neil - high school; Hillary - junior high and Ron - operations) to ensure that every player, parent and coach get the very best from Prime Time year-in and year-out.
Cliff has also been the head volleyball coach of Parkland College for the last nine years and has an impressive record of 432-45 (91% winning percentage) including back-to-back National Championships in 2015 and 2016. Cliff has been honored with the AVCA Two-Year College Coach of the Year along with several AVCA Region Coach of the Year wards and Coach of the Year awards for the conference and region multiple times.
Cliff brings nearly 20 years of volleyball leadership experience to the area as the head coach of Parkland College, the director of Prime Time Volleyball Club, and as a successful club and high school coach (Rantoul HS and HS of St. Thomas More). Cliff coached Prime Time's 18 Blue team to the Junior Olympics both in 2008 and 2009 and guided Prime Time’s move from a local club program to one of national recognition having sent 15 different teams to USAV Nationals through winning bids in the Great Lakes Region and other National Qualifiers.
Cliff graduated summa cum laude with a degree in mathematics from Monmouth College where he played basketball, ran track and played on the men's club volleyball team. Cliff was an All-Conference middle hitter and competed as setter and middle hitter for adult men’s club teams that finished 5th and 9th at USAV Nationals post-college. Cliff's full-time job is as the Director of Sales & Strategic Initiatives at Wolfram Research, Inc overseeing operations in the Americas, Asia and Australia for the company.
